      Charles Mitchell of Piteadie, only son to deceased Charles Mitchell, writer in Edinburgh, v. William Nicolson, eldest son of deceased Arthur Nicolson of Lochend, Margaret Henderson, relict of said deceased Arthur, Henry Ross, controller of customs in Zetland, her present husband, and Mr George Pitcairn of Asseter, now of Muness.
      Summons, 20 Nov 1727, anent bill, 28 June 1722, drawn by Laurence Bruce and accepted by Arthur Nicolson, for payment of £20; reference to tack, 11 Dec 1718, whereby deceased Charles Mitchell set to Mr George Pitcairn, lands in Fetlar, etc.; reference to cargo of fish sent by William Henderson to Leith.
